Fighters will all receive 5 booster packs of BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Vol.2 on entry and will have 15 minutes to construct as close to a 50 card deck + 3 action point cards as possible. Each booster pack will contain 12 cards so players will be using every card in the sealed pool in deck construction.
